We just had the pleasure of working with Kristen Bodnar on a closing. She made things easy and efficient and was even willing to meet our sellers at their home, when they were mid-move, to get signatures. I'd love to close with her again!

That are absolutely horrible and incredibly unprofessional!!! They could not take care of a simple wire transfer of the proceeds from my home in a timely manner. I was told by Tim it would take approximately 3 hours for the transfer to take place. I proceeded to schedule the settlement on my new home accordingly, as I needed the proceeds from the sale of my home to settle on my new one.
