The staff is super. Friendly and know my name.
I switched over here when i moved closer than my previous pharmacy. I didn’t know what I was in for. An unprofessional pharmacist yelling my private medical information across the room at me instead of coming to speak to me, always a problem with my medication or coverage, staff that aren’t knowledgeable enough about basic information that even I knew, and ridiculous coverage issues every few months when I spent years with the exact same information at Shoppers pharmacy and never had a single issue. Very bad experience at this pharmacy. They treat people with no respect and discriminate between Arabs and Canadians. The waiting time is too long, and the staff are rude even to each other in front of customers. I will never go back and don’t recommend it to anyone.
The worst Pharmacy in the city. I only go there because my family doctor is in the same building. People are always so mad there, no patience to listen. Tossing my prescription on the little basket and seems very angry. I’m sorry that I made you so busy?!! They also gave me the wrong dosage of a medication. Very angry people here, stay away from this place.
Incredible staff there!!! Clean waiting room. Got in with no wait time!!!!
