We purchased an air purifier 5 years ago and it worked great. Two weeks after the 5 year warranty it went out. Lasko was kind enough to replace it anyway. These are the kind of people I want to continue doing business with. They stand behind their products. Thank you Lasko

I bought 2 ******* HAD THEM FOR 8 MONTHS AND THE BLUE LIGHT IS FLASHING. i FIND OUT THAT THE BULBS ARE $24.99 AND NOT COVERED UNDER THE 3 YEAR WARRANTY. i WILL GET THE BULBS ON **** FOR UNDER $9.00 AND THE FILTERS on **** $17.49 ****** *****

This will be the fourth air purifier that I have purchased from Guardian Technologies. I cannot believe the pollutants that these machines pull out of the air. I am amazed every time I change the filter. I have two in the living room/ dining room area, 1 in my home office and now I have put one in my bedroom. I experienced a problem after about one year with the 2nd one I bought and called Guardian, explained the problem and they replaced it with no hassle or cost to me. I would like to commend the CSR at Guardian Technologies for the great service I received this morning. I called to order a new cap for my humidifier and was very surprised that the price for the replacement part was very reasonable and the shipping is supposed to be 7-10 business days which I also thought was reasonable compared to many other companies.As this was my first time requesting a new part, I was told that it would be "on the house". Great customer service! You have retained a happy customer.
