This company does not tell the truth. When, I spoke with the IRS. The IRS stated they never spoke with Guardian. Never spoke with anyone in there office. But, they were still charging me a fee.
Very polite and easy to talk to, quick with solutions and takes pride in her work with helping clients feel better about their situation.
These people are nothing but a big ripoff they get your money and forget all about you

This is the biggest scam Ive ever come across. This company promised that ALL of my back taxes would be forgiven only to come back and offer to set up an installment payment plan. I could have done that on my own. I paid these people ******* of money I took from my retirement which has left me completely without any emergency funds should something happen to my employment. If I could give 0 stars I would. I received a call from Guardian Tax back in September 2024. After much reservation I signed up with *****. He had me sign all these documents and wanted to make sure I made the payments on time in order for them to start working on my tax debt. He said because I was in a financial situation due to a worker comp injury he would get me a deal on the initial price for them to start working. That was a lie.
