Beware – Our family used Guardian for over 15 years in our previous home. We never had any issues but frankly never used them for anything other than the monitoring. Monitoring was fine but I am guessing you can get that from any number of providers in the Nashville area. What should stand out among the myriad alarm monitoring companies is their customer service.
