Great experience at this Guardian store! The shop is clean, well-organized, and the skincare section is easy to browse. I especially liked how the facial masks were clearly displayed—caught my eye right away. I picked up the Cook Pack modeling mask and love how clear the benefits were. The gel-type mask feels very spa-like and is super easy to use. Promotions were clearly labeled and staff were friendly and helpful. I was greeted by a very rude and arrogant cashier. The cashier was a Malay male with glasses. As I was buying my items, he has shown a very sour face the entire time, his hand movements are un-welcoming as well (e.g. when I wanted to pay by card). I bought my items on 26/01/2026, 9:30pm. For your information, I didn’t do anything nor say anything, it was a very usual transaction. Your improvement is much appreciated. Thank you.
