Good management and good storage unit. Affordable price, management is easy to contact in the event of questions. Unit is secure via gate.

Great rental experience. Now under new ownership. Brian was very helpful in getting me set up with a unit at their Midland site. They are in progress with enhancing the site to be like their other locations (ie: new doors, etc). The new gate system is already in place. Would recommend for your storage needs.

Brian has been very helpful from the beginning! Guardian Storage has worked at putting in security cameras since I moved my stuff into storage as well as putting up a coded fencing system and have actually taken the time to clean up a lot of the property too! Will be back if I have anymore storage unit needs !

Brian at the new Guardian Storage in Midland was wonderful to work with! He answered the phone and talking with a real person these days is very much appreciated! He was kind, and curious about how Guardian could fit my needs. He communicated clearly about possible up coming improvements to the property and units. The units he showed me to choose from were clean and dry. He assisted me in setting up my online account so I could have auto pay. Also the 24 hour gated access is great!
