Updated review since it's now a new owner. I stopped in to ask some questions since I was not able to get some on the phone. In big corporate fashion, they added additional hidden fees. The front desk agent was very nice and helpful as I was asking him several questions. This will be my last month with them and moving back to guardian storage closer to me.

I chose this place because it was close to me and it is kept very clean. I like that it is inside a building with secure access. I ran into a little problem (losing the storage unit keys) and Beth and Bill were there to the rescue! They are helpful, and kind and took care of me all in a matter of minutes! Shout out to both of them!!
Customer service was wonderful I came in to do a transfer but was 20mins early not even 5 mins clerk called me in and assisted me. It was quick easy showing me units and what options fit my needs at the best price. I recommend if your looking for storage
The lady was really friendly, and showed me where everything was. Just explained everything well.
