I’m extremely disappointed with this facility. Both elevators have been out of service, and as a paying customer, this should have been clearly communicated ahead of time. According to the contract, customer access must be maintained, but right now I cannot access my storage unit at all because of these ongoing issues. How am I supposed to access my storage unit now fly up there or climb the building? This is honestly ridiculous. When both elevators are out, customers should be notified immediately.
