This is an excellent storage rental facility with friendly and communicative staff. Megh was very helpful, showed us around, and explained very well.

Buyer Beware: avoid these scammers. I rented a U-Haul with them that I only drove for 5 km. I took it back and no one came to inspect the vehicle for any damages. After 3 weeks, I receive an invoice for $144 for damage to the driver door and back door, which is absolutely false. Now I have to deal with U-Haul to get this resolved. The person I called from this store barely spoke any English as well so it's impossible to deal with them.

My experience at this place was absolutely terrible and here is why: I had been a long time customer for around 4 years and had zero issues. The place is kept clean and the staff were always pleasant. I had rented the space on behalf of the business I was working for and had my personal information down on the application. This is the first time in my lifetime to use a storage facility. Maybe there was miscommunication between me and the employee in office. I don't know why but the employee was very impatient and rude. I think she needs some proper training for customer service. She even did not use any polite words. I started to ask her I want to pay my rental here and this is the first time I came to this facility.
