This is an absolutely amazing pharmacy. The entire staff is beyond helpful. They take time to talk to you and go above and beyond and needs I have for my Children’s, Husband or my own health needs. The best thing I did for my family, is switch to Guardian Balmoral pharmacy.
Very disappointing experience today. The staff seemed unsure about how to properly transfer my prescription and how to prepare my compound medication. I was repeatedly given different explanations and told that the issue might be with another pharmacy's machine or that they might be too busy. I spent almost my entire day waiting and trying to get a straightforward answer, only to be left frustrated and without proper service.
