Always great customer service at Sinclairs. All employees are helpful, efficient and pleasant. I appreciate that they are open 7 days a week, including holidays.
I’ve had multiple negative experiences with Sinclair (Guardian) Pharmacy in Stratford, and unfortunately I won’t be returning. On more than one occasion, the staff I’ve dealt with have come across as rude and dismissive, and it feels like customer care is not a priority. My most recent experience was especially frustrating.
