I went to Guardian because I found out that Watson has a toxic worksplace which they deduct staff KPI /bonus rate when customer bought below RM10 per receipt, which to me is unacceptable culture. I never wanted to step in Watson anymore once I found out their work culture. It's scary to think that a big co can be such unethical to their staff. So, I will keep supporting Guardian. Treat your staff well and the good will come back to you most certainly. Good karma
