This company Guardian Protection is totally unreliable.They use third party contractors, so you have people coming in your home that can basically be Criminals and they all seem to be lost when it comes to repairs , so they make appointment after appointment to get problems fixed a total Nightmare. after giving them a few chances to fix problems with the system they installed.the problems stays the same Enough is Enough. my advice to Gardian Protection find another business cause home security is not for you. !!!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I switch alarm companies in June 2022. At that time, I called to cancel services with Guardian. I was told that I was under contract until November and would be charged $350 for early cancellation. In Nov, I called and requested a call back because all agents were busy. I did not receive a call. Payment was taken out of my bank account in Nov and Dec 20. I called and spoke with an agent today. Agent said they will not refund the money for Dec because I needed to give a 30 day notice. Guardian has not... read more

The system was very easy to learn. The technician who set us up was very knowledgeable, helpful and understanding.
