A sales rep came to my home to sell theirs product and he run an credit report inquiry with out my consent. Tje credit report send me an alert. I call the company and they are yet to remove the inquiry from my credit report.
Guardian lacks professionalism from the owner. I do not recommend this company or service. Small businesses are hard enough without the poor lack of empathy and service received from Kevin. He gives Holly (office manager) ability to make judgement calls and doesn’t stand behind her.
RecommendedI would definitely recommend them as not only is it a locally owned company but they also go over and beyond to ensure their customers are well taken care of!
I will never recommend Guardian Security. They may know alarm systems but they are lacking on the business side.
I have had a Guardian Security Systems alarm in my home for 7 years. I highly recommend this company. Holly is the office manager and her husband, Danny Walkey, is the smartest, most knowledgeable and nicest alarm technician I have ever met in my life. Guardian is by far the best of the best.. I have called them several times with questions and Holley is always so helpful and the service is fantastic...
I have been with Guardian security systems for several years and it's great. I had them at my salon and on my youngest son's house. Great customer service. I highly recommend this company
