Amanda pulled off a scheduling miracle, and was highly responsive and pleasant to deal with in coordinating work. Jarman, the lead tech was very personable, professional, and provided appreciated great advice forged from experience in the trenches. He took the time to explain components, recommendations, label wiring correctly and did it right. More than be happy to deal with them again, I would seek them out. The service was shocking, very rare in dealing with service providers in general, and towered above my expectations.
We recently decided to switch security providers for our business and chose Guardian after reading their excellent reviews on Google. Michael and Luis were both excellent, efficient and professional, and very responsive to follow up on questions as well as guide us through the process. Thanks team!
