Used them because the builder recommended them... the doorbell video response time is slow, if the doorbell or any equipment stops working after a year they charge you for their technicians to come out and fix in addition to the monthly fee you already pay, and there is a 3 year agreement in place which you are required to pay a termination fee for if you leave early because THEIR equipment stops working.
