Very Rude – The technicians from this company were very rude! They acted like the customers didn't matter and that my time wasn't valuable. When I talked to the manager to try and resolve the issue I was very disappointed that they made excuses for the technician instead of taking responsibility. I am very disappointed - because they seemed like they would be a great fit for my security needs.
