I was home waiting for my delivery which the driver decided to leave a card without buzzing my apartment. Not impressed. Went to this post office to pick it up after getting a notification saying it was ready for pickup. Got there 10 minutes before closing and she had already shut her computer off and refused to get my package. Worst Canada Post service I’ve ever had in 1 day and that’s saying something. Very disappointed that this is the location that Canada Post uses for leaving packages to be picked up. Postal notification said the hours were 9 am - 8 pm, but when I arrived at 6:08pm, the doors were locked. Staff inside, came to door and told me that the hours on postal notification were in "Eastern Time". I booked off early from work so I could get to location to pick up package, only to find locked doors and unhelpful staff. Don't offer postal services if you can't offer the hours needed by the community.
Wonderful folks! Super helpful and great at bringing medications in.
