Here from out of town and had problems with my steps and jacks. Had another issue with toilet that fixed myself but found these guys on the internet and figured they would have my part. Went to the shop and bought the part needed and asked if they did mobile repair, they did and came out to the Navy base without a problem. Shawn came out fixed the step issue, troubleshot my jacks and had to order parts for this. We're incredibly impressed with the service, work ethic, affordability and honesty of Guardian RV. We bought a brand new 70,000 Jayco Pinnacle from Steve's RV and were very disappointed in the arrogance of the owner and their refusal to help to accommodate us when it came to numerous repairs needing to be made within months of purchasing this RV. The staff at Guardian RV including Patrick in Maintenance, Courtney and Amy are impeccable! I would recommend this company highly to anyone needing RV service.
I was referred to this company from my friend. The guys came out and fixed my side-out that I had 3 other company's look at before. Everybody told me that I would have to bring it in to a shop to have it repaired, which I have brought it in to a shop twice for it to get repaired and when I got it back I was still having the same problems. I am thankful that my friend gave me Guardian rv & fleet service's phone number. They came out and fixed my slide out on the spot. Thank You Guardian RV
