I love my new roof! Josh and his team did an excellent job. He explained the whole process to me from start to finish, and worked very well with my insurance company. They also replaced my parents’ roof, and we couldn’t be happier with the process and finished product. They made it easy and we felt very comfortable dealing with them. I would highly recommend them!
From start to finish, Josh was so helpful. There were other companies that gave us similar bids, but Josh answered all of our questions (and there were A LOT), explained the terminology, and educated us on what was best for our home, regardless of whether we chose to go through Guardian, and that was all the difference in the world. If you are looking for a roofer I would highly recommend Guardian Roofing. The owner Josh is wonderful and made the whole process very simple. He started with a complimentary estimate, then he came out and inspected the roof with the insurance adjuster. Josh pointed out every little thing which he believed needed to be replaced. Our claimed approved very quickly and after a week the new roof was up. My home was built in 1967 and I only purchased it 2 years ago. My home inspector missed a number of important items. After incurring some storm damage I invited a couple of roofing companies to quote the repair. Guardian was much more thorough in its inspection and consequently we submitted their quote to the insurance company who covered an additional $7,000 in amended repairs.
