Absolutely horrible experience, hail claim. Can’t get anyone to contact me. This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.
We cancelled the insurance in March, then this company mail a letter to charge us in May. Then we noticed that last March, we told them to buy RV insurance from March to October, they give us a label for RV till October, however, they charged us from March last year to March this year. Called them many times, nobody answered the phone.
We started a claim on Jan 26 2021. We still have no answers on what will be replaced as we had a water leak. We have been calling and no one will return our calls. I understand that some of the responsibilities fall on the adjuster that was appointed to us, she has been useless. Not returning phone calls, saying stuff wasn’t damaged and removing it from the estimate which we finally seen 2 weeks ago. I would not recommend anyone use this company if they expect answers or help when you have problems! They are a big disappoint... read more
