They are a great company.
Run away ASAP!! We chose Guardian Restoration after a major house flood in January of 2021. We chose them as we thought they would be a good company since they are Allstate’s preferred contractor in the area. They under-bid the project costs in order to secure the bid from insurance and then delay the project when it costs more than their estimates.
