I’m truly thankful for the care my daughter received at Guardian Adolescent Recovery. During a very difficult time for my family, their team showed compassion, patience, and genuine support every step of the way. They made me feel heard, supported, and hopeful again. Communication was horrible. Safety security is ridiculous. For Dr. Frank to be a lead administrator his approached is pathetic. Would never recommend this facility.

My experience with this program was extremely concerning. From the first day my daughter was admitted, she was very angry and struggling emotionally. Instead of receiving the support she needed, her counselor (Nina) often appeared manipulative and seemed to reinforce my daughter’s lack of accountability rather than helping her take responsibility and work through her behavior.
