The owner of guardian (John) is the worst person I have ever met. I had some friends that lived in the guardian building I moved out of when I went to see them one day he called police on me and told them all kinds of lies about what was doing there and nearly got me arrested in front of my kids. He sorta sucks!!
Guardian Real Estate is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! The so called "staff" are rude and very unproffessional.I would DEFINATELY NOT RECOMMEND these apartments to anyone,and all jokes aside...not even to a homeless person.The way the "staff" treats residents is disgusting.they will also "guarentee" you 24 hour emergency maitenence in your lease.DO NOT BELEIVE IT.I have lived here for a little over a year and EVERY SINGLE month AT LEAST one thing is wrong with the apartment. Absolutely horrible – I first started renting an apt in omaha from seldin company, which i have rented from before and i had no problems with. About halfway through my lease Guardian real estate bought over my apartment complex, and let me tell you it went all down hill from there. There were a couple of times when I would call the apt. office and most of the time they never answered, and when they did the apt manager, especially was extremely rude.
