Incredible place! Very clean! No crazy long wait. Friendly staff. All the Ultrasounds I have had have all been very fast but thorough! Depending on the ultrasound room you get they print out pictures of your baby, which is very nice. Most places don’t offer that anymore usually they are all digital copies.
Literally the best medical experience I've had is YEARS! Everyone was so welcoming and kind. They were punctual and everything was very clean.
Staff named Cari is very rude, and very unprofessional. She has a very poor choice of words, was rushing and came out ranting. We're also in the healthcare field and we don't communicate like that. Doesn't even introduce herself and didn't even greeted Good morning. If you have a child don't ever booked for her, she'll embarrass you in a public space speaking like a machine gun without letting you speak up very early in the morning and she ruined our day. Had an Ultrasound. The office has a very friendly atmosphere. The tech, Frances was very friendly and gave clear instruction what I should do during the exam. It was a pleasant experience.
