I had a mammogram & a breast ultrasound the same day, one right after the other. As with most women, I was quite apprehensive about the mammogram. But both the mammo & ultrasound techs were very kind, professional, empathetic & understanding regarding my anxiety. They were both very good at putting my mind at ease & both exams turned out being positive experiences. I have had nothing but positive experiences with this clinic. I attended this clinic for several appointments, and the staff have always gone above and beyond showing exceptional customer service. The techs demonstrate competence on how to use the equipment, while being respectful and gentle in their approach. The receptionists have also been very friendly and helpful making everything run smoothly. They even send out text reminders to avoid missed appointments. Very friendly environment and I had results very quickly , basically matter of hours after my appointment .
Very accommodating, easy to book and appointment was right on time. Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere from start to finish.
Awful female u/s tech from red deer. Extremely incompetent with intra vaginal ultrasound. I have been doing this exam 10 years - not once in such extreme pain of 7-8 hours, can't stand up straight..all hunch over. Run away from this tech. Extremely rough inside of you and held wand extra long instead of quick gentle internal scan and doing the rest externally. Severe cramps lasting 7-8hr. Not recommended!
