The overall experience was great. A lot of medical clinics can feel quiet and a bit cold, but this one was both professional and welcoming. It was nice to hear the staff laughing, it created a warm, friendly atmosphere while still feeling very professional.
I required an urgent ultrasound and the staff and technologists of Guardian were responsive, polite, professional and simply the best care I have received in some time. I want to acknowledge and thank them.
Good timing, good vibes from both office personnel and technician. Both relieved any anxiety from the process.
This location, their receptionists, and radiologists have been absolutely lovely, empathetic, and understanding. They helped squeeze me in for a shoulder ultrasound in March under very specific work related time constraints as a walk-in. Following this, they have been exceptional with subsequent imaging for other injuries. While they cannot help every walk-in, they care and are willing to do what they can if they have the capacity to. I strongly recommend this location.
