I would like to convey my sincere thanks to each member of the staff I encountered at Guardian Radiology for their support, kindness, professionalism and excellent care when I attended the Clinic yesterday. The specialized technologist who performed my ultrasound was extremely thorough, patient and gentle. Appointment booking was smooth and flexible. My visit was efficient and feedback on my mammogram was provided within 4 hours of the appointment.
I had a requisition and they never called me to book me up so I called them and booked an appointment more than a month ago for mammography, closer to my appointment 2 weeks ago, they called and moved my appointment to another date waiting 2 more weeks, I got a call again today saying they have to move my appointment again to mid September because the technician or dr or whoever doing this mammography is not available!
