This company should get no stars. Absolutely terrible!! Do not use them. ADT is way better. I Regret signing a contract with them for 5 years. Three years out of the five I did not even use the service because of the faulty machine they provided. They told me that they would repair the machine but I pay for the parts. I did not agree and I had no service for three years but kept making payments because I did not want it to affect my credit. Zero Stars. 3 years after I cancelled the service, they sued me for a balance due (not sure why). There was an ongoing problem they were informed about before I signed the contract. The salesman assured me they could fix it but when they could not correct (the system wiring in my new home caused the alarm to go off at random for no reason), so I cancelled service. I have tried to contact various people but NO ONE has replied, I just keep getting letters from their attorneys.
This company should get no stars. Absolutely terrible!! Do not use them. ADT is way better. I miss them. STupid of me to switch. Can't wait to go back.
