This company should get no stars. Absolutely terrible!! Do not use them. ADT is way better. I Regret signing a contract with them for 5 years. Three years out of the five I did not even use the service because of the faulty machine they provided. They told me that they would repair the machine but I pay for the parts. I did not agree and I had no service for three years but kept making payments because I did not want it to affect my credit.
