RecommendedOur fire alarm went off because we burnt some of our dinner they called we cancelled the alarm a few minutes late after they called back and bought my family dinner on them because we burnt ours, how awesome is that.
We are extremely unhappy with our service. Guardian only checks the signal ONCE A MONTH. So if you lose signal they have no idea. We had an actual emergency and I pressed the ambulance button and no one ever came. Completely unreliable. In November we were told that the only time they've received a ping back from our home was on the day of installation in mid September. After a very nice young man installed our Guardian protection service in our new Ryan home (the only home security serivice Ryan offered), we were asked to fill out a review for Angie's List. We hadn't yet experienced the service only the installation. The installation went well and was performed by a very nice person. So, our review was glowing for that part.
