Mark showed up in the time frame they gave us. He was polite and pleasant and was very knowledgeable in his work. He found the issue that one of the cameras flood lights weren’t working so he called in and had one delivered to him and he installed it and now everything is working great! Also, he showed us on our iPads how to do things on the computer and we learned a lot of how to work things. Very, Very nice person and he was just awesome.
Miguel exhibited both friendliness and professionalism throughout the appointment. He got our system working again quickly.
Miguel was amazing-best customer service ever. Guardian should be proud that he represents their company!
