I will never do business with them again. I just got our alarm system upgraded and no when or where did I remember them telling me there was going to be a 5 year agreement with this upgrade. We're about to sell our house, I would have never agreed to this. I need to make some lawyer friends because I'm so sick of getting taken advantage of. Oh and if you need to break the contract, it's $1,500. So no matter if you've done business with them for the last 8 years...it obviously doesn't matter.
