That was the best guy you ever sent to all of my locations. I think he was even at my mountain auto body shop. He took his time to make sure everything worked right before he left. After being a customer of theirs for over 10 years I decided to switch to another monitoring company that offered lower monitoring prices. To gain access to my own system which was already installed prior to me using Guardian I need them to reset their dealer code. They sent someone out who was at my home for a total of less than 10 minutes and charged me almost $200 to reset an installer code which apparently doesn’t give me access that I need to switch companies which I only found out afterwards.
