I would highly recommend against using the company. Every step of the way was difficult and unprofessional. The contract, sales people, and communication was lacking and/or predatory. Mistakes were made on our new construction and they refused to fix them. If I had a choice to do it again, I would run. Read the other reviews - it mirrors my experience.

Extremely disappointed in the predatory business practices of Guardian Protection. I have been a loyal customer with this company for over 20 years. When I finally called to cancel my service, I was informed that I would be charged an early cancellation fee of nearly $2,000. It is shocking that a company would treat a twenty-year customer this way. Excellent technician - able to troubleshoot 3 issues in very expert way. Also used the f2f opportunity to teach me something new about the duress feature (that I hope I never need, but very glad to know!) and some other practical tips. She is a great representative for your company.

Guardian service tech was called out for an issue we had and the tech showed up on time was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and even assisted with another small issue. Plus this was his second visit to our home and he remembered details about my family from before which shows he paid attention to detail.
