Positives: Our technician setting it up was great and helpful. The rest: Guardian is very efficient when it comes to processing credit card payments and finding additional items to charge for. Unfortunately, their customer support after the sale has been a completely different experience. The same salesperson who strongly recommended the “speaker system” as a must-have upgrade costing hundreds of dollars was unable to help us once it was installed. I would highly recommend against using the company. Every step of the way was difficult and unprofessional. The contract, sales people, and communication was lacking and/or predatory. Mistakes were made on our new construction and they refused to fix them. If I had a choice to do it again, I would run. Read the other reviews - it mirrors my experience.

Extremely disappointed in the predatory business practices of Guardian Protection. I have been a loyal customer with this company for over 20 years. When I finally called to cancel my service, I was informed that I would be charged an early cancellation fee of nearly $2,000. It is shocking that a company would treat a twenty-year customer this way. Excellent technician - able to troubleshoot 3 issues in very expert way. Also used the f2f opportunity to teach me something new about the duress feature (that I hope I never need, but very glad to know!) and some other practical tips. She is a great representative for your company.
