I called in a little bit of a panic-I dot use Guardian to maintain my pool- they responded right away anyway, gave me great honest service and best part didn’t GOUGE me for any of it. Trystan was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions If you don’t “like” to do you own pool use GUARDIAN!
I can't recommend this company enough! Being a husband-and-wife team, you can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in the work they do. Lauren has been an incredible resource anytime I've had questions about my pool. She's helped me troubleshoot multiple issues over the years, and her knowledge has honestly saved me so much time, stress, and money. We have been using Guardian Pools Service for at least 3 or 4 years and we are extremely pleased and very happy with everything they do. They are a husband & wife team, Trystan is the husband and Lauren is the wife. Lauren services our pool, hot tub & indoor water bowl and she does a very thorough job every week when she comes. She comes in gets the job done, and says hello if we see her but does not waste her time in unnecessary chit chat unless it is about issues of the pool or equipment. Guardian Pools, Lauren and Triston absolutely provide the best weekly and maintenance service I have every had. My pool is over 15 years old and requires equipment and maintenance periodically.
