Customer service is important and I just didn’t appreciate the way I was spoken to or how my service request was handled. The communication is sub par and Kelly’s nasty attitude was no help. I will not be using Guardian for my business needs
We had a broken pipe discharging water at the interior of the home and the main shut off valve would not shut off the flow. Yes, a bit of an emergency in my view and I needed a plumber to shut off the water at the street to stop the flow of water and to replace the shut off valve so the other repairs could be made. I'm not familiar with what is the standard in PG county but a professional plumber should be and they should be helpful in a situation like that. They told me to call WSSC and I said I need the valve replaced so t... read more
