Customer service is important and I just didn’t appreciate the way I was spoken to or how my service request was handled. The communication is sub par and Kelly’s nasty attitude was no help. I will not be using Guardian for my business needs

We had a broken pipe discharging water at the interior of the home and the main shut off valve would not shut off the flow. Yes, a bit of an emergency in my view and I needed a plumber to shut off the water at the street to stop the flow of water and to replace the shut off valve so the other repairs could be made. I'm not familiar with what is the standard in PG county but a professional plumber should be and they should be helpful in a situation like that. Not professional and Lady Karen got mad because they quoted me to replaced urinal for “calcium buildup” for a urinal that is one year old. I told her that didn’t make sense, Karen told me to do it myself and hanged up on me, and didn’t believe I was a plumber myself, she told me why I was calling them and said I was raising my voice while she was screaming at me. They just lost a 29 restaurant customer for lying and being rude.
