We've had a recurring problem, for several years now, associated with our downstairs plumbing. It's been misdiagnosed by 3 separate plumbers (from AB May to local,) and we even had a sump pump installed to attempt to stop this seemingly random problem that would flood our basement bathroom twice a year. Bruce was punctual, hard working and very professional. He replaced out leaking water heater by himself, made sure the pipes were up to code (removed shark bite plumbing). Thank you sir for coming out next day.
