Im a DIY wannabe and tried to solve the annoying slow draining bath tub. A youtube video suggested a few things, my favorite was the coat hanger strategy. And thats when everything went wrong. I poked a hole right through the trap! Didn't know right away... not until I took a shower that is and thought I fixed the slowed raining tub. I flooded the basement! Called Guardian Plumbing next day. 2 hrs later Joel came and fixed it all up. He was professional and courteous. He even used footies (shoe covers) so as not to track on the floor. He even went ahead and fixed the slow draining tub. Apparently all I needed was a good plunger. Figures. Prices were reasonable. Will definitely work with them again.
