This is either a scam or extreme incompetence. My mother was in the Lodge at Bethany for the month of November and then had to move and stopped using Guardian. There was one bill that she incurred while she was at Bethany and it was paid, in full and on time. She died in January of this year and Guardian is still sending bills and charging her credit card. The customer service at this company is simply OUTSTANDING. Every person I have spoken with was cordial and efficient. If there is an issue it is resolved immediately.
