Abhorrent customer service - I've never spoken with anyone so rude in my life! I just wanted to get off the phone with this person, but now I'm not so sure how I am going to get the billing straightened out, as I'm afraid to call back and potentially get the same person again!
Worst customer servicer ever. Unfortunately my dad’s assisted living recommended this pharmacy. My dad is dying of cancer and this pharmacy was billing him a ridiculous amount of money without sending his chemotherapy meds to the facility were he lives at. I called plenty of times and never got all the meds meanwhile the bills said they were received. Horrible. Twice as costly as chain pharmacies. Also, there’s new employees almost every time I go. High turnover rate means problems internally.
