Guardian failed to follow instructions to not fill prescriptions. They filled some prescriptions for items that should have been paid for by the facility and not billed to us. And quite rude customer service personnel.
Abhorrent customer service - I've never spoken with anyone so rude in my life! I just wanted to get off the phone with this person, but now I'm not so sure how I am going to get the billing straightened out, as I'm afraid to call back and potentially get the same person again!
Worst customer servicer ever. Unfortunately my dad’s assisted living recommended this pharmacy. My dad is dying of cancer and this pharmacy was billing him a ridiculous amount of money without sending his chemotherapy meds to the facility were he lives at. I called plenty of times and never got all the meds meanwhile the bills said they were received.
