I would give them a 0 rating if I could. I booked their services and put a $499 deposit down. I was scheduled to move from Texas to Florida. Well, about a week before they were scheduled to arrive at my house, I had a family emergency pop up. I called to get a refund as I was not going to be able to use their services. The movers were very professional and timely moved very fast I was impressed .
Michelle, Tyrell, and Jason were great! Michelle provided a competitive, professional, and complete quote. Explained what we could expect and then delivered as promised! Tyrell & Jason were incredibly hard working, great sense of urgency, and expert at handling our piano and other awkward items. They arrived early and stayed late to finish the job to our satisfaction! Michelle was personally present to pitch in and make sure we were satisfied. I would definitely use Guardian Moving and Storage San Antonio again!
