I had an incredibly bad experience with Michelle Fales at Guardian Mortgage in Lawrence, Kansas. I was pre-approved for a conventional mortgage loan based on only being asked two questions: I was asked for authorization to do a credit check and I was asked for my last paystub. I don't know where to start. We had to switch to a conventional loan part way through and we still closed in 31 days. This is phenomenal since we are first time home-buyers and had no clue what we were doing, on top of the fact that underwriters are insanely busy right now. Hakan and Lexie and their team are ridiculously efficient and not slackers in the least. These are the people you want working for you, hands down!
