Laura Hanson was very focused on meeting my needs. She would listen to what I wanted, and try to find a solution. She was great at answering questions in great detail - even in texts. If she felt a text would be too lengthy she would call. She even took calls sometimes just outside of 'office hours' when necessary. I would definitely refer any friends or family to her specifically to handle any mortgage transactions (such as a refi or purchase).
