I have been transported by this company twice and both crews were extremely kind and professional. I would recommend them, if you find yourself in need of medical transport. 🫶🫶
We had a hospital-directed ambulance transfer following an emergency. Our insurance paid Guardian Medical Services the full allowed amount, and our Explanation of Benefits shows a patient responsibility of $0. Despite this, we received a bill for the remaining balance. Balance billing is illegal under the No Surprises Act. They were paid $1700 of a $2700 bill. That is absolutely fair. We had no ability to choose the ambulance.
