Really impressed with this surgery after moving into the area after being at a previous gp where it was literally impossible to get an appointment or any support whatsoever unless you had lost a limb and then they still would have wanted proof it’s so refreshing to deal with guardian street medical centre, appointments are available, no long waiting in phones queues support is always available and really nice staff highly recommended
Absolutely fuming, Anxiety is through the roof. Have been with Guardian medical centre since I was born, 55 years ago (previously Bold Street). I've had my kids with them and feel totally safe with them. But because I have moved house, I am now outside their catchment area and they are kicking me off thier patient list grr. What happened to patient loyalty, what happened to looking after your patients, safeguarding etc. I'm so disappointed 😞
Just been to my surgery and was greeted by a lovely receptionist called louise. Then seen by a very helpful and caring F2 doctor, Dr Sweeney. Every time I visit Guardian St medical centre I always know I've been well cared for. I'm so lucky to have such a fantastic GP practice.
