They took my September payment out twice, yesterday and today, for life insurance. When I called to get an explanation, what the rep told me, makes no sense at all. "In case you fall behind on payments...you will be ahead." What?! My payments are automatically withrawn from my account. He then proceeded to tell me it was done to everyone. I just don't understand why I am paying twice for one month of coverage. Seems pretty shady to me.
Not easy to use
so my fiance is job switched over to this insurance company about a month ago my fiance has an appointment so she calls to get all the information they tell her she's not active she's not a member she gives them the number they hang up on her they're very rude and belligerent she has to call back go through the same process all over again gives them the information that they are acquiring then they tell her oh you're good you're fine so she proceeds to give the information to the dental office the dental office has to go thr... read more
