My wife and I moved to Lakeshore approximately 10 years ago, and were looking to transfer to a local pharmacy. We were extremely pleased to have found Guardian pharmacy in Lakeshore. The staff and pharmacists have exceeded our expectations. Thanks for your continued support.
Amazing staff!
I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by the staff, specifically the woman who takes the prescriptions and the female pharmacist. Both were incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout my visit. Their communication was poor, leaving me confused about the process and waiting unnecessarily. When I tried to ask questions, they responded with curt, dismissive answers, making the entire experience stressful and unpleasant. Their behavior reflected a lack of respect and courtesy towards customers.
