I forgot some ostomy supplies in Pembroke and I called Brenda at Kelly’s pharmacy in Belleville and she was able to get me a box of flanges in my size. Five flanges cost approximately $53 and the place in Pembroke that I “used” to deal for 7 years wanted $110 for the exact same thing. I will be shopping at Kelly’s exclusively from now on. Brenda was extremely nice and I look forward to the great service again. I will be calling to place a large order as you charge less than half of what my last place charged me.
A great pharmacy. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I had a need for a special compounded prescription. Lisa went out of her way to work with my doctor and my health insurance company to find and make the compound that not only gives me great relief, but also works for my insurance company. The entire staff there worked diligently and together came up with very special prescription designed specifically for me. Cheers to all the staff at Kelly's Drugstore.
This place is pretty terrible. Overpriced and staff is rude. To be fair she was working alone and had to man the store register and the Canada Post register. She had lines of people at both. What a terrible system for staff to have to run back and forth from one register to another. Hire an additional person. Wanted to buy a notebook, it was $10.99. wanted to buy my girlfriend a stuffed animal they wanted $34.99. This pharmacy is large and has lots of variety of things you may need. The staff especially Jessie, are helpful and lovely. The pharmacist spent lots of time thoroughly explaining the drug usage for my son. Would highly recommend this compounding pharmacy.
