We did an event with Heather and Michelle over here at the Auburn Hills location and they were absolutely amazing to work with. They communicated with me every step of the way!
Both via and koch told me that my hra funds hasn't been sent because guardian is too busy. They also said guardian stopped answering the phones. When I call they switch me to koch. Sounds like the run around. This company was better back in the day. : (
Why is Koch saying you are ignoring funding the HRA of the spouse you promised Eugene Maynard? She, that is me, is waiting on you. Are you going back on your word? Please let me know....I left my phone number with the operator message machine.
