The quote was for roughly 5 hours of work. The work was finished in a little over 2 hours, although we did not get a break in the price. After they finished and left we noticed silicon seal smeared on the glass. We called to have that cleaned off. In the meantime, we used a ladder to take a look at the glass and also discovered that the roof was littered with old and leftover nails. Sloppy. The owner required cash.
