I highly recommend using Guardians Home Inspections & Repair. James Pace the owner of the company, inspected a house we were going to purchased. But we ended up not purchasing. James’s report is so thorough and felt best not to buy that house. He saved us so much money in the end. We ended up buy the perfect house for us. Thanks man, we are really enjoying our new place.
