This place is absolutely disgusting. These people take no pride in their work. They do NOT care for their patients at all. My grandfather died because of their lack of care. He had not been bathed in WEEKS. He lost 75lbs because he was underfed and not looked after. Even considering his condition. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!!!
There is no leadership or help in this office at this point .please tell your people to call their coordinators to make a statement about their care. Noone deserves to be forgotten at this point in life. Yell scream and call to get what you are paying fot.and if they do not answer call again and again until they do.ee are important to every life out there and noone should put you on a back burner.
